General V K Singh, Chief the Army Staff, arrived in Leh and Srinagar on 21, April 2010.  Today at the start of a three day visit to Jammu and Kashmir. This was his first visit to Jammu and Kashmir since he took over as chief of the staff on April 01, he is expected meet Governor of Jammu and Kashmir and Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
